Belgium: 3-5 Business Days - FREE
Luxembourg: 3-5 Business Days - FREE

Netherlands: 3-5 Business Days - FREE
Switzerland - Deliveries to Switzerland take 3-5 Business Days, we charge a flat fee of €25 per order, plus €10 shipping costs per set of 2 bar stools.

Delivery typically takes between 3 and 5 working days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Atlantic Shopping cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure, strikes, or issues caused by the delivery provider.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm will usually be dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock.
If there is a delay, delivery issue, or if a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable solution.

We ship all our products through DPD and use various European shipping partners depending on your delivery location, to ensure your order arrives safely.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
You can use these tracking details to follow your delivery progress on the carrier’s website. The carrier responsible for your shipment will also be stated in your dispatch email.
If your parcel has not been delivered within 5 days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Deliveries are carried out by DPD and various European shipping partners depending on country of delivery.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
You will receive delivery notifications by email and SMS (provided you supplied these details during checkout).
Delivery will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest parcel shop or depot for up to 1 week.
If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us.

We recommend always accepting delivery. If there is any issue with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the items to us.
The cost of returning items following a cancellation must be covered by the customer. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

We only accept returns of products that:
- Have not been assembled
- Are returned in their original packaging
- Are in an unused condition

Please note:
- We do not arrange return collections
- It is the customer’s responsibility to organise the return shipment

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds are processed promptly after inspection.
