Bar stools generally come in two main heights - kitchen counter (around 65cm) and bar height (around 75cm). Measure the distance from your floor to the underside of your counter and leave around 25–30cm for comfortable legroom.

To choose the right size, simply consider your bar length, the number of seats you need, and whether the bar is freestanding or against a wall. Ensure you leave at least 15cm between each for comfort.
